Ackuire (“VENDOR”) IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE “Doconut” TO YOU IF YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS, THEN PLEASE DELETE ALL FILES RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE.

• We do not accept refunds for any license once issued.
• You are requested to try the trial version before purchasing any license.
• The libraries are obfuscated hence if any antivirus software marks it as a threat/virus or malware code then consider it as a false positive.
• There are no external calls made to our website/servers from the said software. No remote license checks are performed. No part of your document goes out of your network to our servers or any other servers. The viewer is fully secured to view/process any sensitive documents.
• If there are any technical issues we will solve them, however, if an issue is such that it cannot be resolved from our side then we will issue a full refund.
• The technical issue should be related to our software and not involve any other 3^rd party controls that your software might be using. The issue should also be related to the features promised by the software at the time of purchasing.
• We can not guarantee that the document looks the same as in its official viewing software. For example, a Word file can’t look 100% the same as seen in Microsoft Word.
• We own required licenses for all 3^rd party control our product uses.
• A Professional license can be used over a single domain and its subdomains. VENDOR grants YOU a worldwide, nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free right to use and perform installations of SOFTWARE for the purpose of designing, developing, testing, demonstrating, and operating YOUR web applications on a single domain.
• An Enterprise license can be used over multiple domains, but these should be owned by you firsthand. VENDOR grants YOU a worldwide, nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free right to use and perform installations of SOFTWARE for the purpose of designing, developing, testing, demonstrating, and operating YOUR web applications on multiple domains provided that you own all domains under which SOFTWARE is installed.
• A Distribution license can be used over multiple domains, owned by you as well as any of your clients’ or customers’ domains. You are allowed to distribute/package our software without any restrictions. VENDOR grants YOU a worldwide, nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free right to use and perform installations of SOFTWARE for the purpose of designing, developing, testing, demonstrating, and operating YOUR web applications on multiple domains.
• Any of the above licenses are not limited to a number of users or developers using the software.
• You are allowed to make backup copies of the software but not rent, lease, copy, or resell the software by any means.
• You are allowed to use the software within your project to create your own software.
• You are not allowed to reverse engineer or publish any part of the software code.
• You may choose to allow us to mention on our site whether you use our product or not.
• You may provide feedback on the software and we may implement your suggestions.

YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE POINTS THAT APPLY TO THE SOFTWARE. WE BELIEVE THAT THE SOFTWARE WORKS AS INTENDED AND WILL FIX IF IT DOES NOT.
