2.3. Our Role

Doconut acts as both Processor and Controller under GDPR:

  • Controller: Doconut, when you create an account.
  • Processor: When you use Doconut to send your client’s data.

Client data is managed and accessed only as required or authorized. Doconut does not control this data and acts strictly as a processor under GDPR.

The Client or User is the data controller, fully responsible for the collection and processing of Client Data.

2.4. Data Transfer Across Borders

Your Personal Information may be transferred across jurisdictions as needed, always within the bounds of this policy.

Doconut uses secure AWS hosting facilities located in the US, compliant with EU data protection laws and certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
