When to renew your Subscription
You can renew your subscription either when we send you a reminder, or at any other time. Per example, if your subscription expires in December and you buy a renewal early, say in September, the renewal adds twelve months to your subscription from the expiry date, so the new expiry date will be December next year.

- Auto-renewal – 50% Discount: Our Auto-renewal program offers you the convenience of renewing your Doconut product licenses directly through your credit/debit card accounts. By enrolling in the Auto-Renewal program, you ensure uninterrupted access to product updates. Enrollment will also save you time by eliminating the need to resubmit your renewal and payment information on an annual basis. You ensure you are always getting the best possible price and enjoy a 50% discount.
- Manual Renewal - 40% Discount: If you choose to renew your subscription manually before expiration, you are entitled to a 40% discount on the current retail price of the product.
- Renewal Within 3 Months - 30% Discount: A 30% discount applies for renewals made within three months after expiration, offering a balanced approach to accommodate occasional delays while encouraging timely renewal.
- Renewal After 3 Months - 20% Discount: Subscriptions that are renewed after three months from expiration are entitled to a 20% discount.
